REG Wedding Films (“we,” “us,” or “I”) is a one-person wedding videography studio owned and operated by Rowe Gallagher. This page explains what information is collected when you visit REG Wedding Films, fill out the inquiry form, or hire us for a wedding.

What we collect

  • Inquiry information. When you submit the contact form, we receive what you choose to share — name, email, phone, wedding date, venue, and any details about your day. The form is processed by HoneyBook, our CRM and contracting platform.
  • Site analytics. Anonymous usage data (page visits, referrer, device type) is collected via Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how the site is used. No personally identifying information is stored in analytics.
  • Embedded video. Wedding films are hosted on Vimeo and YouTube. When you watch one, the player may set cookies and collect basic playback data per that platform's policy.

How we use it

Inquiry information is used to respond to you, send a quote, and — if you book — fulfill your wedding film contract. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Vendors involved in your wedding (your photographer, planner, etc.) are only contacted when relevant to producing your film.

Wedding film usage

Unless you opt out in your contract, finished wedding films may be shown on this site, on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and in client-facing portfolio pieces. If you'd prefer your film stay private, that's an option in your contract — just say the word.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email rowe@regbranding.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies — primarily for Google Analytics and embedded video players. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies; doing so won't affect your ability to use the site or submit the inquiry form.
